  1. great job Owen! I wonder how successful the new Youtube mobile streaming

    1. +*Owen Video I wish bro lol. I work at it almost as a full time job. Plus I
edit the videos for my wife channel and 2 videos a week for my church
youtube channel. I also work full time in my regular job. I am praying and
hoping I can make youtube a full time job in the next 1 or 2 years.

    2. +*Owen Video the wife channel (Stacy Liane) is about make up, first time
mom, etc. The Church channel is call Pastor on Call. Both channels are over
400 subs and we are working them! Hopefully they grow. Some niches are
small like mine channe. There are not to many people that like guns,
      prepping, etc.

    3. +Jarhead6 I’m surprised to hear that! Especially this day and age- I think
prepping is gonna be huge. Who has the “biggest” channel on guns and stuff?

      Reply

    4. Hickok45 has a couple of million subs but there are not to many channels in
the gun community with millions. I dont think I will ever stop, I got to
much time invested on this project!

  2. Great video Owen – I’ve run FB ads, but not had as much success. It seems
like FB reports more clicks than what other analytics report (like Google
Analytics on the landing page, or Leadpage Analytics.) I’ve found numbers
from YT Ads much more similar.

    1. +Subscriber Nation yea Facebook is going to count clicks for clicking on
links in the post copy, clicks to listen, and clicks thru. Working with the
Facebook pixel can be helpful. How are you targeting on YouTube – affinity
      groups?

  3. Any success with this in the financial industry. I have a YELP site and a
website , Problem seems to be is getting found on inbound marketing.

    1. Mark – yes. It’s one of my core industries. Check out @scott Weiss Cfp on
YouTube. We just built that channel. Plus @marathon retirement. We’ve done
work for a couple different financial organizations

    1. It’s so much easier then regular video. So much faster! I do it for
business. I’ma lifestyle marketer. I do it from my personal profile but
thinking I should move it to my fan page…yea?!

    2. Owen – I get hundreds of views on my personal page but 3 to 5 views on my
business page. How do I get people to see videos on my business page?

      Reply

    3. +Lynda M. West continue to use your profile but drive people to your page.
Go live from both until your page gets traction. Remember- getting live
viewers is cool but the real value is in the replay. Once you go live from
your page you can boost the post or add the viewers to a remarketing list-
that’s where the value is!! Your profile simply doesn’t offer these features

  4. By now I had experience only with youtube live.
I had a lot of views with that.
But in facebook I noticed that: if an ordinary video is more than 2/3
minutes long, it gets almost no reach. On the other hand people are
incredibly attracted by live contents wich can go also for 10 hours.
It would be great if you made a kind of videotutorial about all mobile and
pc solutions for streaming live on facebook and youtube also.
Next week I’m trying OBS stuio wich is free but extremely professional
    working.
    Thanks if you do.

    Keep it up bro!

    1. I would say it’s just as effective but in reaching a different audience.
Adwords video still rocks and Facebook video is another tool to use

    2. To chime in, Facebook is rewarding video right now because they want to
promote it – so you are getting cheaper ad prices, and higher show rates on
News Feeds. A great time to be an early adopter.
